First, check your Nintendo Account for any welcome-back bonus points. Sometimes, they’ll stack with the sale, turning a $79.99 accessory into a $49.99 steal. Second, compare bundle deals—some retailers are bundling a game like Metroid Prime 4 for free with the console. That’s basically a two-for-one that makes your inner child proud.

If you’re shopping online, set a price alert on CamelCamelCamel or your browser extension of choice. Stock can wobble like a Wobbuffet during popular times, so be ready to click fast. And don’t ignore the refurbished options—Nintendo’s certified refurbished items are often indistinguishable from new, with a fresh warranty.
Finally, remember that accessories age like cheese—some get better, others get funky. The Switch 2’s backward compatibility with most Switch 1 accessories means your old Joy-Cons will work, but the new ones have better grip and quieter buttons. Treat yourself to one upgrade this sale; your thumbs will send a thank-you note.
