Legs are easy. Wings? They’re the turkey’s stubborn little arms. Find the wing joint—it’s the knobby part where the wing meets the body. Bend it back until you hear a crack. That’s the sound of victory (or a minor joint dislocation, which is fine here).
Slice through that joint. The wing will come off in two pieces if you’re lucky: the drumette and the flat. If you just get a sad little nub, that’s okay. You’re not a surgeon, you’re a home cook. Just aim for the gap between the bones. Repeat for the other wing. Now you have two chicken-wing–esque snacks that are actually too big to be snacks.
