Both symbols share a secret sauce: they’re about a bridge between two worlds. Lightning connects the sky to the ground in a split second—it’s a sudden, scary, beautiful link.
The cross, in its own way, connects earth to heaven too. It’s a meeting point for human struggle and divine hope. See the pattern? One is a flash, the other is a fixture, but both are all about connection.

Imagine you’re building a really cool story. You’d use lightning to show a shocking moment, and the cross to show a turning point. Together, they’re like a plot twist and a resolution rolled into one shape.
That Old Zigzag in Your Everyday Life
Next time you’re at a thrift shop or scrolling online, keep an eye out for zigzag patterns on blankets, rugs, or even jewelry. They’re everywhere, and now you know they’re carrying ancient thunder vibes.
And crosses? They’ve been drawn with wavy or jagged arms in folk art for centuries—especially in protective amulets meant to ward off evil. So that simple necklace might be fighting off lightning spirits, or inviting them in. Who knows?
