So, who was the voice of Optimus Prime? A Canadian guy named Peter Cullen with a big heart and a little brother who taught him how to be brave. He made a cartoon truck feel like a friend. He made leadership sound warm instead of bossy.
Next time you hear that voice—in a movie, a video game, or even a toy commercial—smile. You’re listening to a real-life hero. One who doesn’t fight giant robots, but who fights to make you feel a little bit stronger. And that’s worth caring about.
Now go out there and be the Optimus of your own story. Just don’t forget to bring snacks. Even heroes get hungry.
