If you do the math—and I did, because I have no life—a new season usually takes 18 to 24 months to film and edit. That means we’re looking at a late 2026 or early 2026 release date. Yes, you read that correctly: you might have to grow a new personality by then. In the meantime, you can either rewatch seasons one and two, or start a support group for people who make terrible romantic decisions.
Surprising fact: The cast actually filmed seasons one and two back-to-back during the pandemic, which is why the gap felt like a weird fever dream. Now they’re all off being famous in other shows, so they have to schedule their therapists around that. Don’t worry—they’ll be back, probably with more jaw-dropping lies and a few new characters who are definitely going to wreck someone’s car.
Where Will It Live When It Finally Drops?
When season three does arrive, it will be a Hulu original, exclusively. That means you need a subscription to the platform that also streams "The Handmaid’s Tale" and that one show about people who eat bugs for fun. No, you can’t watch it on Netflix, Prime, or the secret pirate channel your uncle uses. Hulu holds the rights like a dragon hoarding gold, and they’re not sharing.
If you’re outside the U.S., the situation is a bit more chaotic. In the UK, it streams on Disney+ via their Star hub, which is like finding a gourmet burger at a fast-food joint. In Australia, it’s on Stan, which sounds like a guy named Stanley who really loves TV. Check your local streaming overlords, but prepare for regional delays because the internet gods love testing our patience.
