Are you a true superfan who needs to see the drama unfold in real time? Well, my friend, you’ll need to consider a VPN and a US Peacock subscription. That lets you stream at the US time—meaning a 2:00 AM date with destiny.
I don’t recommend it unless you thrive on coffee and regret. I tried it once, and I ended up tweeting “THEY LIED TO HER!” at 3:14 AM. My boyfriend was not impressed.
For most of us, the next-day stream is the way to go. You still get the same drama, the slow-motion recouplings, and the iconic “I’ve got a text!” moment. Just a few hours later—and with a full night’s sleep.
What About the Time Difference for the Final Reunion?
The reunion episodes are usually live or recorded a day later. In the UK, expect those to drop around 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM BST. This is when the cast reveals all the behind-the-scenes tea, and you need to watch it immediately before someone spoils the “who called who a lying toad” moment.
Set a calendar reminder. Write it on your hand. Do whatever it takes—these reunions are worth the early-bird price of admission.
Oh, and don’t forget the time changes! When the clocks go back in the UK (October) or forward in March, the US does things differently. So, for autumn, the episode might land at 7:00 AM GMT. Check the latest air schedule on ITVX—it’s like a little puzzle, but you’re smarter than an Islander in a recoupling.
