Doesn’t have to be deep. Could just be a funny hat you bought at a thrift store. You’ll feel like a mad scientist of light.
7. Do a tiny, pointless act of kindness
Smile at a grumpy stranger. Leave a quarter in a vending machine. Water your neighbor’s dying plant without telling them. Sunshine makes people generous—or at least less annoyed.
