Here’s the secret: Black Friday morning at Target is actually calm compared to the chaos of other stores. My neighbor, Linda, swears she gets her best deals by sleeping in until 9. She walks in, buys a matching set of towels, and is home by 10:15.
What Time Does Target Open on Black Friday 2026? Update on Store Hours
She calls it the “sleep in and save” method. I call it brilliant life hacking. The store is fully stocked, the early birds have already left, and you get the pick of the litter without the 4 AM alarm.
For the People Who “Hate” Shopping
I know you. You’re the person who says “I hate the mall” with the same passion others reserve for traffic jams. But Target is different. It’s the store you wander into for dish soap and leave with a Halloween decoration and a new pair of jeans.
When they’re open for Black Friday, you can actually sneak in, grab your one big item, and escape with your sanity intact. No one will judge you for buying a robotic vacuum in the same cart as cheesy Christmas pajamas. We are all, in that moment, thriving in our chaos.
