On the other hand, there are some cons to consider, like the fact that it might stifle linguistic diversity and make it harder for people to express themselves in their native tongues.
But, let's not forget the funny side of things - can you imagine having to legally declare your language of choice? "I'm sorry, officer, but I'm going to have to opt out of speaking English today and go with Spanish instead." Um, yeah, that's not exactly how it works!
