So there you have it—the Radio 2 In The Park 2026 line up is a glorious, slightly bonkers mix of retro legends, current chart-toppers, and one guy in a leather jacket who probably smells of Werther’s Originals. It’s not trying to be cool. It’s trying to be fun.
And here’s the uplifting bit: in a world that feels increasingly loud and angry, this is a weekend where everyone—from the teen who knows RAYE to the granddad who only came for Rod—sings the same chorus. You’ll laugh at the same dumb joke James Blunt tells. You’ll tear up at the same power ballad.
So buy your ticket. Get your mates together. Pack a raincoat and a smile. Because for one weekend in a park, you get to be exactly your age—and it turns out, that’s pretty wonderful. See you in the crowd. I’ll be the one crying into a can of Coke, mouthing every word to “Total Eclipse of the Heart.” Don’t judge.
