If you see dozens of these bugs in a day, it might be time to call a pro. That’s an infestation, not a visit. But one or two? That’s just nature dropping by to say “hi” and sample your toast crumbs. You can handle one crumb-sampler.
Also, if the bug is really light brown—almost see-through—and has a red hourglass on its belly? That’s a spider, not a bug, and you should move. Kidding! Spiders are friends. But seriously, check the hourglass thing; if it’s a black widow, maybe let it outside with a long spoon.
