The fishermen who caught the largest king crab ever were using a special type of trap that's designed to catch crabs, it's like a big metal cage that's baited with fish guts and other tasty treats. When they pulled in the trap, they were amazed to see the massive crab inside, it was like winning the lottery! They quickly took the crab on board and began to measure and weigh it, and that's when they realized just how big it was.
The crab was so big that it didn't even fit in the fish hold, they had to tie it down on the deck, where it became the star of the show, with all the other fishermen coming to check it out. It was like a celebrity crab, everyone wanted to see it and take a picture with it! They even gave it a name, King Kong, which suited it perfectly.
