Growing up in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Hudson was the kind of girl who owned the room without trying. She cheered for the New England Patriots—yes, that’s a real gig, not a movie cliché. Fun fact: she was a member of the junior Patriots cheerleading squad, which is basically the minor league of NFL sideline stardom.
But she wasn’t just about high kicks and sequined uniforms. Hudson was a national champion in cheerleading, and her Instagram feed—before it went private—showed her doing backflips on the beach like it was a Tuesday. Practical tip: if you ever want to master a back handspring, start with core strength, not just arm power. She’d tell you that.
