A warning about teeth
If you ever catch one yourself, be careful. Lingcod have canine-like teeth. They look like a tiny shark.
They bite hard. They bite everything. I’ve seen them bite through heavy fishing gloves.
Handle with respect. Or just let the fishmonger do the dirty work.
