Let’s be real: who wants to stay up until 5 AM for a show that might have a funny monologue from a celebrity you’ve never heard of? I get it. So here’s the lazy person’s guide: record it. Sky Q, Virgin Media, and even some iPlayer trickery can let you catch the show at a civilized hour. Just avoid Twitter until you’ve watched it, unless you enjoy spoilers the size of a comedy club.
SNL UK Remake Greenlit With Release Date Window
Alternatively, you can binge-watch the entire season on Now TV if you buy their Entertainment Pass. It’s about £10 a month, which is cheaper than a pint in London. And you can watch the episodes in your pajamas, clutching a cup of tea, without disturbing your flatmates with your 4 AM giggles. Win-win.
The "I’m a Desperate Fan" Backup
If all else fails, there’s always pirate sites—but don’t do that. They’re like a dodgy kebab shop after midnight: sketchy, low quality, and full of viruses. You deserve better. Instead, check if your best friend in the US can send you a recording or host a watch party on Discord. Friendship is the real VPN, my friend.
Also, remember that SNL often premieres on Netflix UK months later (usually a season at a time). So if you’re patient, you can watch all the Donald Trump impressions and cute dogs in peace. Patience is a virtue, but so is a good laugh—so don’t wait forever.
