From the train station, you’ll hop on the bus – a dedicated shuttle that smells faintly of damp seats and optimism. This bus is your chariot. It winds through the Staffordshire countryside, past fields of cows that look at you with the same blank stare you’ll have after riding The Smiler.
You’ll share this bus with other car-less adventurers. You’ll lock eyes with a kid wearing a “Rita” t-shirt. You’ll nod at a couple arguing about which ride to hit first. It’s a weird little community, united by a shared lack of a vehicle and a burning desire to go upside down at 60mph.
