Books are the yoga pants of skill-building—comfortable, reliable, and you can do it anywhere. Visit the Bookshelf and buy the Logic Skill Books. Start with Book One, then read them in order, like a nerd’s version of a Netflix series.
Your Sim will automatically gain Logic points as they turn pages. It’s passive learning, which is my favorite kind. Have them read while eating to save time—just like when I scroll Reddit during lunch.
Pro tip: Use the Read for Research option once you’re at Level 6. It’s faster and more intense. Your Sim will look like they’re cramming for a final exam, but they’re actually just unlocking the secrets of the universe.
Bonus: The Research Machine
If you have the Get to Work expansion, buy the Research & Debate Machine. It’s like a computer but specifically for Logic. Your Sim can Study Logic on it for hours. It’s perfect for lazy Sims who don’t want to move.
I use mine to help my Sim become a scientist. Plus, the machine makes satisfying beeps and boops. It’s oddly calming, like a white noise machine for nerds.
