So, what does a celebrity’s salary for a TV show have to do with you? Maybe more than you think. We all have our own "Strictly moments"—those projects or commitments we take on that aren't just about the immediate paycheck.
Think about it. You take on a side hustle, a new project at work, or even a fitness challenge. The upfront reward might be modest. But the real value is often in the exposure, the skills you learn, and the doors it opens six months later. Just like a contestant, you are banking on the compound interest of showing up.
The celebrities get paid in pounds. We get paid in progress. It is a dance we all can do, even without the sequins.
