Sometimes, it's fun to look at the contract negotiations that go on behind the scenes of our favorite shows. Apparently, Eric Dane was a bit of a negotiation ninja, as he managed to secure a pretty sweet deal for himself. His contract included a significant salary increase after the second season, which is likely due to his character's rapid rise to fame.
It's also worth noting that Eric Dane's time on Grey's Anatomy was marked by some pretty dramatic storylines, including his character's infamous love triangle with Lexie Grey and Callie Torres. Talk about soap opera drama! But hey, all that drama likely contributed to his hefty paycheck, so we can't complain.
