The gameplay is all about freedom and choice - you can drive, shoot, and explore to your heart's content. You'll take on missions for various shady characters, from gang leaders to corrupt politicians. And when you're not busy with storylines, you can just mess around and have fun.
The city is your playground, and you can do everything from racing cars to flying helicopters. You'll need to stay on your toes, though - the cops are always on your tail, and other gangs are trying to take you down. The action is fast-paced and intense, with plenty of surprises along the way.
