Never bleach hair that’s soaking wet. Water dilutes the bleach. You’ll get a weak, watery mess that barely lifts. Dry hair only, people.
Also, don’t bleach hair that has product with metal in it (some purple shampoos have traces). It can react badly and turn your hair green. Green, folks. Not a good look.
And for the love of all that is holy, don’t bleach hair that’s already fried from a million other chemical processes. If your hair feels like straw, give it a break. Love your hair before you bleach it.
