Here’s the truth: your Freedom Pass is not just a piece of plastic. It’s a golden key to the city that lets you explore museums, ride buses for free, and visit your grandkids without the guilt of petrol costs. The 9 AM rule is just a tiny speed bump on a very open road.
Think of it this way: when you finally tap that pass at 9:04 AM and hear the beep of approval, it’s a tiny victory. The universe says, “You waited, and now you ride for free. Good human.” It’s a moment of triumph that no commuter with a monthly travel card will ever truly understand.
So next time you’re craving an early start, embrace the wait. Grab a tea, admire the sunrise, and imagine all the free journeys ahead. Because after 9 AM, the whole city is yours—and that’s worth getting up for. Beep, beep, you beautiful free-rider.
