話題沸騰中の Are Post Offices Closed on Bank Holidaysについて、多角的な視点を分かりやすく掲載しています。

Ultimately, the answer to “Are post offices closed on bank holidays” is this: Yes, because even mail needs a vacation. The USPS delivers the literal weight of American nostalgia—birthday cards, jury duty notices, and mysterious catalogs for things you never ordered. On a bank holiday, those items get a day off. So should you. Put down the stamp. Pick up a coffee. The mail will be there tomorrow. And if it’s not? Blame the British. It’s their holiday, after all.
