You walk in, and it’s not cold or sterile like a sci-fi movie set. The reception team actually smiles like they mean it. I know, I know—sounds suspicious, but it’s true.
There’s no weird chemical smell that makes you instantly regret that morning coffee. Just clean, calm vibes. You might even forget you’re about to let someone poke around your gums for a second.
The team: actual humans who listen.
Shout out to the dentists here—they don’t just shine a light in your mouth and mumble. Dr. Patel (or whoever you get) will actually ask you about your life first. Favourite TV shows? Weekend plans? It’s disorientingly nice.
They explain everything before they do it. No surprise drills. No sudden “this might sting a bit” with zero warning. You get a play-by-play of what’s happening, like a sports commentator for your molars.
And the hygienist? A legend in scrubs. They’ll scrape away your coffee stains while cracking jokes that make you laugh (without choking on the suction tube—a real skill).
